How to get

This will always be located right next to the Hardware Store. Hide and wait inside the Hardware Store for Gabriele (guy with the blue lantern) to leave the door open. Depending on when you try, you may need to talk to Gabriele through the door first, if he has locked himself inside (this happens after you started Claudia's questline.
