How to get
This will be given to you once you have completed Paul's quest line from Tecla at her house. This will give you the phone number to the Burned Bakery, so you can call it once you have opened the Gas Pipe Valve, inside of the 1st floor of the bakery, causing an explosion to happen, that will attach the creature to that location. This needs to be done so you can use the Monorail Control Panel to call the monorail to leave the town.
