How to get
As you go to the Mine Entrance, to the left of the mines is the Torn Well, the grate that has Leone's Mine Badge on it. Behind that to on the wall are some Protest Poster. There are several instances of the Protest Poster around town. The one next to Leone's Mine Badge also has a gate that Claudia that can get through that leads to La Principessa Bar.
