How to get
After using the Wrench to enter Hunter's House you can access the pamphlet. If you get it with someone other the Claudia you get "" instead. If you check it with Claudia, you get the Tourist Pamphlet and complete the clue. You need this item to get the passcode to the safe in the other room.
