How to get
This is located inside the Burned Bakery right next to the Gas Pipe Valve. You cannot use the phone to dial out from but the phone can take incoming calls. You get the phone number from the Police Report can you can call the Burnt House to cause a spark to occur and cause an explosion to happen if you opened the valve.
